►Job Title: Customer Service Associate

Employment Type: Hourly, Non-Exempt
Schedule: Up to 30 hours per week, weekend availability required.
Summary: Working with some oversight, but independently, the Customer Service Associate provides excellent service to previous, current and potential customers. This position communicates with all departments to answer customer inquiries quickly and effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Manage e-commerce customer service support through email and phone.
- Respond to and resolve customer concerns in a timely manner across all selling venues.
- Contact customers to resolve delivery or fulfillment issues.
- Communicate with management on any negative customer service trends.
- Work with Shipping department and communicate cancellation requests and order updates.
- Process return requests and product exchanges to customers in a timely manner.
- Show your professionalism and enthusiasm to deliver great results.
- Other duties as assigned depending on workload and time of year.
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED with a minimum 2-3 years e-commerce or customer service experience. Bachelor’s Degree may substitute some experience requirements.
- Flexible schedule with weekend availability a must.
- Basic to intermediate computer proficiency (MS Office, Google).
- Ability to multi-task, conduct independent research, and use decisive judgment under minimal supervision.
- Ability to work independently and use critical thinking skills to prioritize work needs.
- Highly organized with the ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
- Previous experience buying/selling on eBay and Amazon PREFERRED.
- Experience using Amazon FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) STRONGLY PREFERRED.
