Schedule: Up to 40 hours per week. Saturdays required.
Summary: Responsible for assisting the warehouse as a whole, this position is expected to learn the basic duties in each department and offer a helping hand throughout the warehouse. They are responsible for assisting in odd jobs around the warehouse as needed including but not limited to: inventory restock, daily pulling of orders, and cleaning inventory.
Responsibilities:
Pull sold merchandise from stock/pre-pack screening for quality assurance.
Verify accuracy of orders by matching product model and quantity to order information.
Prepare, package and ship products in accordance to policy and customer request.
Learn/use shipping management software – to efficiently expedite outgoing orders.
Repairs damaged media and communicate quality discrepancies to supervisor.
Learns inventory management and assists in restocking inventory throughout the warehouse.
Assists in the basic check-in and testing of inventory to assess repair and cleaning needs.
Learns computerized inventory system and uses basic data entry to update inventory quantities by assessing proper product name, edition, and condition of product.
Assists in auditing inventory locations to ensure inventory levels are accurate in system.
Takes initiative to review and offer help to short-staffed or higher work-load departments depending on staff schedule, priorities and season.
Completes projects and tasks assigned in a timely, efficient and accurate manner.
Operate pallet jack, roll ladder or other warehouse equipment.
Dust/clean shelves and merchandise. Organize backroom stock.
Pick up and discard paper, packing material, and any other debris.
Maintain a high level of accuracy by shipping correct products and using correct, cost efficient shipping methods.
As the last line of defense for customer satisfaction, must use a high level of awareness to catch listing, product, and/or quality issues before sending items to customers.

Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum High School Diploma or GED.
Basic to intermediate computer proficiency (MS Office, Google).
Ability to multi-task, conduct independent research, and use decisive judgment under minimal supervision.
Ability to work independently and use critical thinking skills to prioritize work needs.
Team-oriented and willingness to remain flexible on day-to-day duties.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
Experience in a warehouse shipping environment STRONGLY PREFERRED.
E-commerce experience, especially demonstrated knowledge of Amazon, Ebay, and Walmart STRONGLY PREFERRED.
